At the L.A. Tool Show in April, H.T. Hall spoke with your representative about a problem in the y-axis of our Model 500 Digital Readout System (Ser. No- 1156--1975). From the symptoms described, he analyzed the problem as lamp intensity attenuation due to lamp aging, and sent us three replacement lamp assemblies, gratis, for which we thank you.
Our instruction manual, however, does not contain instructions for performing the replacement—we understand that a circuit requires adjusment or balancing. Could you please send us these instructions, and perhaps an electrical schematic of the reader head unit?
